Lifetime Exchange
The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Kirtilals.com account. This remains valid for 90 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
Lifetime Buy-Back
Buy back value will be at 85% of diamond value (ie., less 15% from Current Diamond value decided by the Company ) and 91% of gold value (ie., less 9% from Current Gold value decided by the Company)
Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Kirtilals.com shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.
Free Gift Return Policy
Policy Scope: Applies to the "Surprise Gift" and the "Free Diamond Pendant".
Mandatory Return: If the purchased product is returned for a full refund, the free gift must also be returned (unused, in original condition).
Gift Not Returned: If the customer chooses to keep the free gift upon returning the main product, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from the customer's total refund amount.

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping and free insurance (above USD 1,000), return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product. In such cases, Kirtilals will provide a prepaid return label and cover insurance costs, or reimburse the return shipping and insurance expenses.
