Where is your jewelry manufactured?

All of our jewelry is manufactured at our headquarters in Coimbatore, India.

Do you have showroom in the United States?

We have a showroom located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Cick here to learn more about in-store shopping.

How do you ship jewelry to the United States?

Once your order is ready, we will ship it to our New Jersey office. Upon arrival, our team will ship it to your door via FedEx Insured Priority Overnight.

What is the estimated delivery time to the United States?

4 to 6 weeks

Is my order covered by insurance?

Yes! All orders are insured and shipped via trusted partners like FedEx.

Will I have to pay customs and duty charges for my order?

Customs and duty charges are included in the order total. You will not have to pay any additional charges upon receipt of your order.

How can I return or exchange an item shipped to the United States?

We are currently not accepting returns. Exchange of new jewelry purchased online is permitted within 7 days. Lifetime exchange is available only at our showrooms in India.

How can I request a live video consultation or an image of the designs I like?

I live in India and want to pay with Indian currency but have my order delivered to the United States. Is this possible?

As per RBI guidelines, we can only accept payment in foreign currencies for international delivery. You can pay with a foreign currency via an international PayPal account or credit/debit card issued internationally.

I live in the United States and want to pay in USD but have my order shipped to India. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, this is not feasible at the moment.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order through our customer care team by sending your order number via WhatsApp to +917540000111 while it is being shipped to our New Jersey office. We will send you a FedEx tracking number as soon as it is shipped from the office.

Can I change my order delivery address after placing the order?

Yes! Send your request to abhay.patel@kirtilals.com and we will handle the rest. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed if your order has already shipped.

Will my order be secure during shipment?

Your jewelry will be shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your order is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

What is your exchange & buy-back policy?

Exchange & buy back is permitted within 7 days of the delivery date. The customer will be responsible for shipment of the product back to our New Jersey office via USPS insured package.

Exchange and buy-back after 7 days is only possible at Kirtilals showrooms in India.

Yes. The product price will vary based on size.

Shipping and insurance is free for single orders of $2000 or more. Standard shipping rates apply if the order total is less than $2000.
